. . . Mr. Lay moved to strike out all of secion 18, except the following:

That the right of the citizen to keep and bear arms in defense of his homeperson and property, when lawfully threatened, or in aid of the civil power when thereto legally summoned, shall not be called in question; but nothing herein contained, is intended to justify the practice of wearing concealed weapons. Adopted.

Mr. Spaunhorst moved to strike out the words “when unlawfully threatened.” Adopted.

Section 18, as amended, adopted.
